How does it work
Our EasytoConnect Audio service works as follows:
- We will send you the dial up numbers, a conference code and a PIN code.
- You pass on the date, time, dial in numbers and conference code to all the people that are to take part in the conference. At the agreed time, everyone dials up and keys in the conference code.
- The chair goes through the same process and opens the conference using the PIN code. Up to 125 people can take part. For the next meeting you can use the same details.
