2. Do I have to contact For Conference for every single audio conference?
No, you apply for a conference number once only. You can use this number from then on.
 
3. Do I have to pass the time and duration of the conference to For Conference?
No, you decide the time and the duration.
 
4. My colleagues also wish to audio conference, could they use my conference number?
That is possible but they can also apply for a conference number themselves. This way, the costs remain separate and it benefits security.
 
5. How much does the monthly subscription for the audio conferencing service cost?
€0.00. There are no recurring expenses connected with this service, therefore there are also no subscription costs.
 
6. What is a wallet card?
A wallet card (conference card) is a pass that includes the dial in numbers, the conference number and the PIN code. You will receive this through the post within 10 days.
 
7. What is the minimum and maximum duration for a conference?
There is none, you decide how long the audio conference continues.
 
8. What is the minimum and maximum number of participants?
The maximum number of participants is 150. For more participants you can utilize the EasytoConnect Event service.
 
9. What are the costs per conference?
The standard costs are € 0.13 per minute per participant.
 
10. If one or more participants no longer wish to take part in the conference, what does this mean as far as the price is concerned?
For Conference only charges for the participants that are actually taking part in the meeting.
 
11. How often does For Conference send an invoice?
We send an itemized invoice once a month.
 
12. I would like to see a cost center included in the invoice?
No problem, should you wish to do so you can add your own cost center to every conference number.

No problem at all, we can set up the service for you such that you are able to key in a file number before the meeting. This will also show up on the invoice helping you to charge the costs easily.

For Conference can take care of various different reports for you. Consult your account manager as to which ones you would like to receive.

At For Conference you can choose to have people say their name; hear blips when they enter or neither of these.

Before the meeting, you can give us the names and phone numbers of the participants. Our operators call all participants at the agreed time and put them in the meeting.
